Luis Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Baby Barza's Reinaldo Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Baby Barza's Sermet Nevsal got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaldo Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 43rd minute of play forced Baby Barza's goalkeeper Reinaldo Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baby Barza's Reinaldo Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Luis Bermudez made the kick off in the second half. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Mota having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bermudez in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reinaldo Mota, 0-1. Luis Bermudez scored 1-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arxel Izquierdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Luis Bermudez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute Arxel Izquierdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Reinaldo Mota made a huge save. In the 97th minute, Arxel Izquierdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The Baby Barza players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
