Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erubiel Remicio got the match started through his kick off. Ildefonso Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orestes Football Club's Indartsu Vega got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Erubiel Remicio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indartsu Vega in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Remicio came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Indartsu Vega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Honduras booed when Orestes Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Roano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Remicio in the 36th minute of play. Honduras's Sebastian Villa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Filomeno Baleren in the 42 minute of the game. 43 minutes into the match, Orestes Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mauro Filipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Orestes Football Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Orestes Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Roano. After 52 played minutes, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Filipo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Honduras reached it. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Filipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Leobardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Indartsu Vega scored 2-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Serafino Mano in the 67th minute really tested Lautaro Navarro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Orestes Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Justo Ugaitz. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Moises Tafalla hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Erubiel Remicio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 85th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Orestes Football Club booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the game Filomeno Baleren made a throw-in which Ildefonso Leobardo played forward. Erubiel Remicio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Roano during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Orestes Football Club's Nicanor Roano got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes of play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Filipo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, Honduras could leave the field as winners, despite Orestes Football Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
