Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. José-Luis Chilavert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermínio Alves in the 11th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but José-Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermínio Alves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Senen Tartales with Demetrio Cannata as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Alves in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José-Luis Chilavert saved EoDu Uai Sôccer from getting behind. 27 minutes into the game, Hermínio Alves lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Alves in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Correa in the 34th minute of play forced EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper José-Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermínio Alves's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermínio Alves in the 38th minute of the match. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes EoDu Uai Sôccer got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Cabezon. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermínio Alves in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Hermínio Alves sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Hermínio Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermínio Alves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, EoDu Uai Sôccer's Jardel Cabezon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some careless play in the EoDu Uai Sôccer defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José-Luis Chilavert. The EoDu Uai Sôccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José-Luis Chilavert should have stopped the shot. Senen Tartales got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Demetrio Cannata. Hermínio Alves took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The audience was convinced that Hermínio Alves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 76 played minutes EoDu Uai Sôccer got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Chabier. José-Luis Chilavert made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. EoDu Uai Sôccer's Senen Tartales got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with José-Luis Chilavert in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute of the match Senen Tartales shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
