Washington de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Davies, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tirense F.C.'s Ruperto Naike. But to his dismay, Ruperto Naike quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Tirense F.C. booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Davies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Naike in the 28th minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Tirense F.C.'s Ruperto Naike made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Naike stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Maraschin. In the 53rd minute, André Maraschin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Stanley Wallace kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Christian Rossi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Tirense F.C.'s Bruno Barrett threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ruperto Naike, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Naike in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute, Ruperto Naike ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Bruno Barrett was a little too slow when Ruperto Naike got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-10. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Adrian Onbera took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Bruno Barrett to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Naike in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Tirense F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curacao throughout the match.
