Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Fausto Pinti sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damiano Battisti. Antonello Tofani kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Eurospeed Asti:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mexico:s goal. Joel Gaona succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 77th playminute. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Battisti having to interfere.
