Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Karkavilas in the 2nd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Jangkrik Boss's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Armin Proietto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armin Proietto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 12th minute Wiktor Bator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Bator came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jangkrik Boss's Armin Proietto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play. Orhan Yetener hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Bator in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Jangkrik Boss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buyung Setiamiharja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armin Proietto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Bator in the 39th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Jangkrik Boss's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Armin Proietto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Jangkrik Boss's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mexico's Luca Rouco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armin Proietto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Luca Rouco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Rouco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armin Proietto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 63 minutes Jangkrik Boss's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armin Proietto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wiktor Bator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Karkavilas in the 68th minute of play. Jangkrik Boss made a substitution. Johan Lisandri replaced Wiktor Bator. Michalis Karkavilas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Jangkrik Boss's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Armin Proietto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Proietto having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
