The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xavion Chavarri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Luque in the 3rd minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachariasz Sniegowski in the 7th minute. When Mexico's Facundo Cadaval in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kurdwanów FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute, Waldemar Karanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavion Chavarri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 13th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kurdwanów FC defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavion Chavarri. The Kurdwanów FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavion Chavarri should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Kurdwanów FC's Xavion Chavarri. Xavion Chavarri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kurdwanów FC's Witold Majerowicz was substituted for Tadeusz Degutis. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Xavion Chavarri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavion Chavarri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piotr Rybak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Piotr Rybak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Zachariasz Sniegowski made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 59th minute, Witold Majerowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavion Chavarri acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Joel Gaona. 63 minutes into the match, Kurdwanów FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Xavion Chavarri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Xavion Chavarri firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavion Chavarri having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The Kurdwanów FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
