Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Lunt in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Txema Cerbera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sam Lunt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Txema Cerberas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Jacobo Nores to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jacobo Nores was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Txema Cerbera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 65 minute of play. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Txema Cerbera tried to sneak it across the goal line.
