After 41 minutes, Txema Cerbera made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Modernians's 何超光. But to his dismay, 何超光 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-10.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Sam Lunt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Barrett. That made the score 0-12 in the 57 minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txema Cerbera in the 61st minute of the match. Txema Cerbera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txema Cerbera went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Sam Lunt notched a goal, 0-15, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sam Lunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Stenger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Modernians were awarded a corner. Thomas Stenger went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Txema Cerbera drilling the ball in to score 0-16 behind Curacao's goalkeeper. Bruno Barrett stood somewhat misplaced when Txema Cerbera came free in front of goal and shot 0-17 to the left of him in the 90 minute. Modernians's 李伟乐 got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txema Cerbera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 98 minutes, the score became 0-18 when Txema Cerbera sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Modernians were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
