Brzostowiec's Szczepan Adamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute Jaroslaw Winograd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Szczepan Adamus quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Brzostowiec's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Szczepan Adamus came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Szczepan Adamus. Brzostowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Szczepan Adamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brzostowiec's Szczepan Adamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Diego Mancebo played forward. Diego Mancebo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Jonathan Calleri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustín Saelices scored 3-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szczepan Adamus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
