But to his dismay, Fernando Celipe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Fernando Celipe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Correla q va en Chancleta were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jorge Paez took the corner. The corner led Correla q va en Chancleta's Cornelio Domeka to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Correla q va en Chancleta's Fernando Celipe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fernando Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's Fernando Celipe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jorge Paez was slow to take the kick. During this time Correla q va en Chancleta's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saad Man having to interfere. Correla q va en Chancleta's Fernando Celipe got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Celipe in the 41st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin van Persie's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jorge Paez made a great header on Correla q va en Chancleta's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Celipe to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Correla q va en Chancleta's Robin van Persie. But to his dismay, Robin van Persie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Celipe in the 56th minute of play. The throw-in from Alex Chicote in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Correla q va en Chancleta's Iker Blanco. Jorge Paez kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Correla q va en Chancleta made a substitution. Harry Pötters replaced Robin van Persie. After a rather tough play, Correla q va en Chancleta's Jorge Paez got a free kick in the 65th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Brambilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Brambilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the game, Correla q va en Chancleta's Robbrecht Colebinders nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Robbrecht Colebinders came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Correla q va en Chancleta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
