Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lagrima en Jarrita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ma Mo Feng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Firmin got free with Rolando Noboa in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Loco Malo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loco Malo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Gayoso made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lagrima en Jarrita's Clemencin Duran. A collision led to Lagrima en Jarrita getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Clemencin Duran hit a great ball. Loco Malo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Cleto Firmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cleto Firmin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rolando Noboa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 55 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alonso Berganza. A sloppy throw-in by Clemencin Duran in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. A collision led to Lagrima en Jarrita getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Edinho Baresi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 60th minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Peru's Loco Malo threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Mina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Loco Malo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute. Lagrima en Jarrita's Leonello Messias was substituted for Ma Mo Feng. Peru were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Lagrima en Jarrita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The corner ended in Eliseo Mina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo did a great save. In the 80th minute Leonello Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Milagros Fraga came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milagros Fraga couldn't finish the play. After 92nd play minutes Rafael Gallo shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Loco Malo and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Ştefănoiu in the 95th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
