Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Darron Messer notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play forced Lake Junaluska FC's goalkeeper Hilario Carro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Darron Messer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Darron Messer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Darron Messer slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Keenan Blake lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Winston Sheppard came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keenan Blake in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keenan Blake did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 34 minutes into the match. Camilo Gaos charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Gaos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 38th minute. A hard shot by Robin Irvin from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Keenan Blake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Hilario Carro came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.

The wind increased when Keenan Blake made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lake Junaluska FC's Vince Mabry got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Hilario Carro made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Keenan Blake came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Jonathon Frost kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Carro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathon Frost in the 67th minute of play. Lake Junaluska FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathon Frost took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jonathon Frost got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lake Junaluska FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonathon Frost in the 70th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Pollard in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Darron Messer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Lake Junaluska FC's Jimmy Babcock was substituted for Robin Irvin. Lake Junaluska FC's Cyrus Hamlin was substituted for Jonathon Frost. The supporters of Lake Junaluska FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Venezuela's Hilario Carro threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patricio Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 89th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Carro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Lake Junaluska FC's Cyrus Hamlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. If Cyrus Hamlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Cyrus Hamlin put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant.
