Casimiro Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 played minutes Nouvelle Vague got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Ugutz. With his leg Vicky Donda managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Paraguay's Jaime Pardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th minute, Casimiro Ugutz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casimiro Ugutz's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After 12th play minutes Casimiro Ugutz shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jacobo Nores and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 16th minute Juninho Juni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Ugutz in the 18th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz. But to his dismay, Casimiro Ugutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 22 played minutes Nouvelle Vague got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Ugutz. 30 minutes into the game, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes Paraguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Casimiro Ugutz who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Nouvelle Vague's corner Casimiro Ugutz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacobo Nores quite easily take care of the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Casimiro Ugutz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Ugutz made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Casimiro Ugutz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Casimiro Ugutz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Casimiro Ugutz sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Nouvelle Vague made a substitution. Osmar Vale replaced Vito Genovese. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Ugutz in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Casimiro Ugutz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Casimiro Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Luis Henrico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Henrico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Luis Henrico might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Henrico ran back to his position shaking his head. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Henrico in the 79th minute of play. After 82nd play minutes Luis Henrico shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Jacobo Nores and just under the crossbar into goal. A sloppy throw-in by Juan Diego Tenorio in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nouvelle Vague's Anselmo Dracena. Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
