Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lambis Kastanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felicio EC's Lambis Kastanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Stair in the 8th minute of play. Frédson Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. In the 11th minute of the match Geroy Ascue sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lambis Kastanas skillfully saved the ball. Lambis Kastanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlus Waugh, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Branco in the 17th minute of play. Lambis Kastanas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Finlay Stair went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 21st match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romon Oliver to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Kordal Duff got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 23 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Finlay Stair. In the 24th minute, João Paulo Furlan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Demonde Jacobson. The goal made the score 1-1. Romon Oliver charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romon Oliver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Silas Caro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Cléberson Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Silas Caro made the kick off in the second half. Felicio EC's Lambis Kastanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Stair in the 52nd minute of play. Silas Caro scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Paulo Furlan struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Felicio EC. In the 62nd minute, Javan Develder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kordal Duff might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lambis Kastanas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kordal Duff ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lambis Kastanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wayan Freeman to maneuver through the defense. Lambis Kastanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlus Waugh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Jamaica were awarded a corner. Finlay Stair went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 80th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lambis Kastanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lambis Kastanas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romon Oliver in the 82nd minute. Lambis Kastanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finlay Stair, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Gaston Kinsen came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Felicio EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Kinsen couldn't finish the play. Silas Caro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Felicio EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
