With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Frai Shehu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, KLANDESTINI's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Perikli Dhami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Perikli Dhami. KLANDESTINI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 14th minute of play forced KLANDESTINI's goalkeeper Perikli Dhami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KLANDESTINI's Perikli Dhami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. KLANDESTINI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Perikli Dhami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 22nd minute of the match. Frai Shehu might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frai Shehu ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frai Shehu got free with Dante Lacasa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frai Shehu in the 27th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of KLANDESTINI's Perikli Dhami. Perikli Dhami was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Perikli Dhami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Januz Oparaku to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, KLANDESTINI's goalkeeper Perikli Dhami had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 58th minute, Frai Shehu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KLANDESTINI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 60th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gaona to maneuver through the defense. Perikli Dhami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of the match. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perikli Dhami. KLANDESTINI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After a rather tough play, KLANDESTINI's Qerim Osja got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by KLANDESTINI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Alberto Tafalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perikli Dhami quite easily take care of the ball. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after KLANDESTINI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Frai Shehu charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frai Shehu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Nderim Kita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Perikli Dhami threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Tafalla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 98th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Duda Tande tried in the game's 98th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Perikli Dhami. An annoying self made goal, 2-4. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
