After 11 played minutes, Ayla FC's Larry Knevett shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ayla FC reached it. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Pinhal in the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvério Pinhal in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Silvério Pinhal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiger Nunn made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ivan Odon however managed to control. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Pinhal in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot.
