USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 6th minute. Diego Bradley was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 9th minute of the game Diego Bradley made a throw-in which Monty Rogers played forward. Zé Roberto Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monty Rogers in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute, USA's Cassius Byrne ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Roberto Teixeira. Zé Roberto Teixeira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamen Tekeliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Roberto Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jenson Smith in the 20th minute. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Playa Malvín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Diego Bradley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira did a great save. USA's Cassius Byrne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 27th play minute Monty Rogers came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé Roberto Teixeira. 2-0. Stamen Tekeliev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 32nd minute of play. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Murgu in the 38th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute of the game Diego Bradley made a throw-in which Monty Rogers played forward. In the 43rd minute, Stamen Tekeliev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 56th minute of play. Raphael Moore kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Playa Malvín's Josu Onez was substituted for Sandu Mândrilă. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Moore didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Edward Mcdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Edward Mcdonald kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Quinto Ampudia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quinto Ampudia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Marco Baker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zach Harrison in the 91st minute of the match. In the 91stth minute of the game Zach Harrison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Moore to maneuver through the defense. Zé Roberto Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sam Campbell's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The USA fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when USA's Sam Campbell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that USA were the better team. USA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
