In the 4th minute of the match Brayden Duggan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ayla FC's Silvério Pinhal got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Ayla FC's goalkeeper Nilson Fraser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Fontirroig. Francisco Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Francisco Gallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Ayla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Francisco Gallo hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Villa. Ayla FC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Bolivia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Larry Knevett took the corner. Larry Knevett made a great header on Ayla FC's corner, it was just that Bolivia's Camilo Freixa managed to reach the ball for a save. When Francisco Gallo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. In the 24th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gallo to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Silvério Pinhal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Pinhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, Silvério Pinhal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Pinhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Benito Madrid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eduardo Fontirroig fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Eduardo Fontirroig a yellow card for diving instead. Silvério Pinhal took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Ferrant made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Silvério Pinhal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Pinhal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvério Pinhal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Freixa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvério Pinhal's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Eddie Pegrum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 minutes, Alejandro Villa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Ayla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Villa. Thanks to some nice moves Rob Porteus could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Camilo Freixa however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Ayla FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Silvério Pinhal hit a great ball. Ayla FC's Nilson Fraser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Ferrant in the 68th minute of play. Silvério Pinhal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Odon in the 71st minute of the match. When Mario Fernandino fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Mario Fernandino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Silvério Pinhal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Ivan Odon sped through Bolivia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. Silvério Pinhal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Ayla FC's Ivan Odon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Camilo Freixa. That made the score 0-6 after 82 minutes of play. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvério Pinhal went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the game, Ivan Odon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Camilo Freixa. Ivan Odon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Silvério Pinhal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Pinhal came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
