The corner led Chile's Francisco Carballar to a score. 3-0 in the 12th minute. Mateo Tartalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Chile's Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mateo Tartalo. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Tartalo. Mateo Tartalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Tartalo. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Tartalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goalkeeper Mateo Tartalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Correla q va en Chancleta's Mateo Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 45th minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Tartalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Tartalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 55 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Tartalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateo Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Tartalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Tartalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Lacasa scored 12-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateo Tartalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Chile's Alan Tamayo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alan Tamayo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chile protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alan Tamayo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Chile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Correla q va en Chancleta:s goal. Matias Jon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 87th minute, Orlando Casaus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Correla q va en Chancleta's Mateo Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Fontirroig in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Correla q va en Chancleta's Ermegildo Firmin got a free kick in the 91st minute. Hernan Ruy made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. Ermegildo Firmin charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Firmin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 99th minute, Guillermo Fontirroig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Chile were the better team. Chile's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
