Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristóvão Mattos kicked off to start the match. Gaspar Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Fontes. 8 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gaspar Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 12th minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Mattos came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristóvão Mattos in the 24th minute. Gaspar Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Xavier Seco got free in front of the goal in the 26th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Gaspar Gilesindo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Seco came free, but Gaspar Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paranhos Ariranha FC's Gaspar Gilesindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Mattos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-0. In the 46th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Gilesindo came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Paranhos Ariranha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 58th minute of the game, when Joel Gaona after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Paranhos Ariranha FC's goal. Joel Gaona was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 60th minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Paranhos Ariranha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Mattos. Gaspar Gilesindo was a little too slow when Joel Gaona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 77th minute, Lautaro Mancebo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gaspar Gilesindo, passed just outside the right post. Cristóvão Mattos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Cristóvão Mattos made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Gaspar Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. A collision led to Paranhos Ariranha FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Renato Bezerra hit a great ball. In the 99th minute Honorato Afonso suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 99 minutes, Macos Graciani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Paranhos Ariranha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 100 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani. When Cristóvão Mattos came up free with the goalie in the 101st minute, the Paranhos Ariranha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristóvão Mattos couldn't finish the play. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Paranhos Ariranha FC to leave the ground with a draw.
