Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ALIANZA 1901's Luis Escobar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bieito Luzuriaga having to interfere. In the 9th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bieito Luzuriaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bieito Luzuriaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the ALIANZA 1901 defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bieito Luzuriaga. The ALIANZA 1901 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bieito Luzuriaga should have stopped the shot. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Camilo Franco's late challenge caught a ALIANZA 1901's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Franco helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Bieito Luzuriaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Gayoso was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Luis Escobar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Escobar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bieito Luzuriaga saved ALIANZA 1901 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Rojelio Daza got a free kick in the 40th minute. Luis Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Richie Ason's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richie Ason helped the player get up and apologised. Richie Ason kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Alfredo Tomasini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Alberto Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Luis Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Luis Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Bieito Luzuriaga made a huge save. Alfredo Tomasini took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Bieito Luzuriaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 80 played minutes ALIANZA 1901 got a freekick which was hit by Orain Ambrosio. The corner ended in Bruno Beldad almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ALIANZA 1901's Bieito Luzuriaga did a great save. In the 90th minute, Luis Escobar made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 97th minute, Luis Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the ALIANZA 1901 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
