Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Roch Orszak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esporte Clube Pilar's Roch Orszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roch Orszak saved Esporte Clube Pilar from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roch Orszak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Roch Orszak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roch Orszak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Luis Andino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roch Orszak having to make a save. Esporte Clube Pilar's Roch Orszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Ramalho in the 40th minute of the match. Cícero Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Esporte Clube Pilar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Roch Orszak however easily saved by the left post. 53 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Pilar's goalkeeper Roch Orszak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cícero Braga was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 60th minute, Cícero Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Esporte Clube Pilar getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Claudinho Ramalho hit a great ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. After 65 minutes of play, Esporte Clube Pilar's Ulises Urtats made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Bautista Quintero came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roch Orszak was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-2. Esporte Clube Pilar's Roch Orszak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Clube Pilar from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bautista Quintero in the 73rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montes lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Esporte Clube Pilar a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yan Zonta, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 2-2. A collision led to Esporte Clube Pilar getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nando Gerber hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Orszak having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro.
