Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Inmortales FC's Hunter Carey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Winkler. Inmortales FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Inmortales FC's A.J. Whalen got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Inmortales FC's Larry Colby got a free kick in the 9th minute. Rolando Winkler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho suffered a sore thigh after 14 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 14 minutes into the game, Larry Colby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inmortales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Cristian Sancho. After 15 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Larry Colby. Rolando Winkler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 21 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Winkler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of the match. Rolando Winkler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Diego Mancebo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Winkler. Rolando Winkler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After 41 minutes of play, Ecuador's Diego Mancebo made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Winkler was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Winkler saved Inmortales FC from getting behind. Royce Dwyer kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Rolando Winkler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rolando Winkler. That made the score 0-9 in the 53 minute of play. Rolando Winkler didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-10. After some careless play in the Inmortales FC defense, Diego Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Winkler. The Inmortales FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Winkler should have stopped the shot. Rolando Winkler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Diego Mancebo scored 0-12 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Winkler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Mancebo got free with Rolando Winkler in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Winkler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Rolando Winkler came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Diego Mancebo. But to his dismay, Diego Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. Agustín Saelices scored 0-15 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Winkler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Diego Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Winkler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-16. Edward Olsen's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Olsen helped the player get up and apologised. Edward Olsen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute Diego Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Winkler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Winkler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-18 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Inmortales FC.
