Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Brion Heyros got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to C.S.D Punta Ballena getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Brion Heyros hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With his leg Remie Kint managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Remie Kint made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remie Kint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remie Kint narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bidari Sorriba made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Idacio Monteros. In the 68th minute Alvino Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Alvino Blanco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 94th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idacio Monteros to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Bidari Sorriba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The C.S.D Punta Ballena support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
