Galo na Veia FC™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barra Gøl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barra Gøl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfried Spaniol in the 25th minute of play. Barra Gøl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Galo na Veia FC™'s zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barra Gøl came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Wilfried Spaniol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Galo na Veia FC™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flavinho Rosado in the 30th minute. Flavinho Rosado made a great header on Galo na Veia FC™'s corner, it was just that Chile's Thiago Pliego managed to reach the ball for a save. Barra Gøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Wilfried Spaniol sent off a good shot on target. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maciej Żurawski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Żurawski got free with Thiago Pliego in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Chile were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfried Spaniol was the one to do the kick off. Barra Gøl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute. Barra Gøl was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mariano Lacasa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 58 minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Rosado in the 62nd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Żurawski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barra Gøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Wilfried Spaniol put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. 77 minutes into the match, Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Barra Gøl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. After 79 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Haszczak. Galo na Veia FC™ made a substitution. Alphonso Alaba replaced Mário Mattos. Rafal Haszczak hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The supporters of Galo na Veia FC™ booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Casaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barra Gøl made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barra Gøl having to make a save. The Galo na Veia FC™ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
