Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig made a precise shot to the right of Apolo Montero. Mandrake fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Julio Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Agustín Saelices ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Montero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Cristian Sancho succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herauso Sarro in the 27th minute. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Herauso Sarro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 27 minute of play. Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. Apolo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Mandrake fc defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apolo Montero. The Mandrake fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apolo Montero should have stopped the shot. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apolo Montero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Apolo Montero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tulio Saura during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Tulio Saura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herauso Sarro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herauso Sarro made a kick off. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Luis Andino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Montero. That made the score 1-7 after 59 minutes of play. In the 66th play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Apolo Montero. 1-8. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Montero having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Montero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. In the 84th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Apolo Montero. Mandrake fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-11. Adolfo Garate hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's Saul Coira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Apolo Montero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mandrake fc.
