Dexiators's Matthias Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 19th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Misiorowski in the 22nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Max Gustafsson sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Lautaro Mancebo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matthias Lindgren firmly grabbed it by the left post. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 34 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dexiators's Matthias Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 36th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Johansson in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Matthias Lindgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 75th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthias Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dexiators's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthias Lindgren came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mexico fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dexiators had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
