Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Grigoris Kornaros ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on tHe SOnS of rAGnar's corner Grigoris Kornaros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Colombia booed when tHe SOnS of rAGnar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen Tavgaç didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Walter Giardino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexis Alexandris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. tHe SOnS of rAGnar were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grigoris Kornaros took the corner. Joshua Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Laurence Snow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 38th minute of play. José Sá didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but José Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes in the game Luis Cazalla did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joshua Garrido. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Fiz Biembengén in the 50th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. José Sá made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Santino Seco sent off a good shot on target. Fiz Biembengén made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Benjamin Mikolas however managed to control. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Giardino in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Walter Giardino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fiz Biembengén hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Santino Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Walter Giardino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santino Seco got free with José Sá in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Papoutsakis came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
