Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Apolo Montero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Daniel Zorita did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Apolo Montero 12 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Herauso Sarro came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Montero came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Montero having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Luis Andino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Ecuador's Felix Montes got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita scored 5-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Montero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Apolo Montero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute Herauso Sarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Apolo Montero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herauso Sarro made a kick off. Herauso Sarro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 57 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Montero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apolo Montero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Apolo Montero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Juan Sebastián Puig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Apolo Montero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Apolo Montero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Apolo Montero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Apolo Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Saelices in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Montero saved Mandrake fc from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Montero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
