In the 19th match minute, 康富来 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 洪兴寒 to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 毛云默. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, 毛云默 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Daniel Zorita had several of the 康富来's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-1 score and a disappointed 毛云默 as he didn't even see the shot coming. 康富来's 毛云默 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 康国乐 struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 康富来. 毛云默 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 毛云默 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 58 played minutes 康富来 got a freekick which was hit by 陈兴瑜. When 康国乐 fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 康富来's protests and gave 康国乐 a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to 康富来 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. 康国乐 hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 康富来's 毛云默 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute of play. When 洪兴寒 fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 康富来's protests and gave 洪兴寒 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when 康富来 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. 洪兴寒 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 毛云默. 康富来's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 12-1 from a short distance just to the right of 毛云默.
