The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Paim Macedo got free with Gabriel Porfiro in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 minutes, Murilo Bueno Lobo made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Luganeros AFC defense, Renato Pedroso Kimura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Porfiro. The Luganeros AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Porfiro should have stopped the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
