Though ot was a great shot Gutenberg's keeper 郭德常 was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 郭德常 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 魏耀铮 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of USA booed when Gutenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Onbera didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 89th minute of play forced Gutenberg's goalkeeper 郭德常 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the USA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
