With an all-out effort, LA LUZ F.C.'s Jax Williamson threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teo Venceslas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute, Rohan Watson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Ángel Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Teo Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jax Williamson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Ángel Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 17th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Teo Venceslas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rohan Watson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Ángel Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the game, Canada's Carter George nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Ángel Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. LA LUZ F.C. were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Canada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Rojek took the corner. The audience was convinced that Koby Wright's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Ángel Torres was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of LA LUZ F.C.'s goalie and right to Carter George. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LA LUZ F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atilla Açıkalın was the one to do the kick off. Atilla Açıkalın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jax Williamson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Harris in the 59th minute of play. Miguel Ángel Torres came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Rohan Watson. But to his dismay, Rohan Watson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Filip Edwards cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Miguel Ángel Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. Miguel Ángel Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luka Harris in the 77th minute. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Burton, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Atilla Açıkalın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, LA LUZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loukas Botinos to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Filip Edwards made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Ángel Torres. LA LUZ F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 99th minute, Atilla Açıkalın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Canada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LA LUZ F.C..
