Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bogdan Dyachkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 31st minute of the match. Bogdan Dyachkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogdan Dyachkov was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Abram Sarmiento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Dyachkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. FK Amur's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Axel Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bogdan Dyachkov quite easily take care of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstantin Lukyanovich to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Nikolay Sychev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Nikolay Sychev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, FK Amur's goalkeeper Bogdan Dyachkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksim Ivaschenko in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, FK Amur's Bogdan Dyachkov got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogdan Dyachkov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 59th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Tihonovich, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Dyachkov saved FK Amur from getting behind. In the 72nd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. FK Amur's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 74th minute of the match, Abram Sarmiento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogdan Dyachkov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FK Amur's Bogdan Dyachkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 79th minute of play. FK Amur's Igor Romanchenko was substituted for Danila Skvirskiy. 84 minutes into the match, FK Amur's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Bogdan Dyachkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Nikolay Sychev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikolay Sychev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to FK Amur getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gennadiy Grishin hit a great ball. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Bogdan Dyachkov made a huge save. Bogdan Dyachkov was a little too slow when Santino Seco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-1. FK Amur were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
