Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dé Velloso. Mateo Araoz charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Araoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heimko Geisen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maiko Kottsieper charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 10th match minute, Französisch Buchholz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maiko Kottsieper to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Dé Velloso sent off a good shot on target. Heimko Geisen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 27th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maiko Kottsieper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dé Velloso made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Maiko Kottsieper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Französisch Buchholz FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Velloso in the 62nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maiko Kottsieper in the 70th minute of play. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Clementi's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Heimko Geisen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 78th minute of the match. After 83 minutes of play, Französisch Buchholz FC's Dé Velloso made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Antonius Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Französisch Buchholz FC's protests and gave Antonius Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute, Antonius Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Mexico's Joel Gaona tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Joel Gaona reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Heimko Geisen. The goal made the score 1-2. The Französisch Buchholz FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
