Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Artur Van Caels kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 2nd minute. A collision led to Caballo Negro getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Julio Firme hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Matxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caballo Negro's Bonifacio Matxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Caballo Negro from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Bonifacio Matxin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bonifacio Matxin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Bonifacio Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Van Caels in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artur Van Caels in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. After 35 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Matxin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Van Caels in the 38th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Bonifacio Matxin in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 played minutes, Caballo Negro's Abel Llorienzo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caballo Negro reached it. In the 48th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caballo Negro's goalkeeper Bonifacio Matxin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Gaudencio Gonchan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Van Caels in the 62nd minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Van Caels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caballo Negro's goalkeeper Bonifacio Matxin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Di Kang Ying might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Di Kang Ying ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 73rd minute of play forced Caballo Negro's goalkeeper Bonifacio Matxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Artur Van Caels tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Herensuge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bonifacio Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bonifacio Matxin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Herensuge came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho scored 4-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bonifacio Matxin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Felix Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bonifacio Matxin quite easily take care of the ball. After 97 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Caballo Negro players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caballo Negro's Jonathan Abeijon was substituted for Artur Van Caels. Julio Vera had in the 99thth minute some difficulties stopping Iker Herensuge's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 99 minutes into the match, Iker Herensuge notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
