Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Kornes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute Song Wei Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Rahim Kornes in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Griffin in the 30th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Wei Yun in the 30th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
