Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bran Allison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Cactos defense, Cassius Byrne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bran Allison. The Cactos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bran Allison should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 13th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cactos getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maurinho Trezeguet hit a great ball. Monty Rogers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bran Allison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 33rd minute of play. Cengizhan Baycan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cactos's goalkeeper Bran Allison, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 60th minute of play. Cactos's Dorival de Carvalho was substituted for Conrado Capixaba. Cactos made a substitution. Matias Gaitan replaced Maurinho Trezeguet. When Luisinho Maciel came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Cactos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisinho Maciel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Luisinho Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cactos's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisinho Maciel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 71st minute of play. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisinho Maciel's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Jenson Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monty Rogers kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. In the 77th minute, Monty Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. From a short distance, USA's Fabian Brown, in the 84th minute, tried to place the ball behind Bran Allison, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 89th minute of play forced Cactos's goalkeeper Bran Allison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Gaitan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 94th minute of the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Luisinho Maciel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. USA played a much better game than Cactos and deserved their victory. The Cactos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
