Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Murillo kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mao Zhen Hong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luciano Tiso made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Efraim Gilabert. Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play. Peru were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Academia Monte Gordo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Alonso Berganza managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Mao Zhen Hong didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Mao Zhen Hong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Mao Zhen Hong. Academia Monte Gordo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mao Zhen Hong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 25th minute Fabrício Lustosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Alonso Berganza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mao Zhen Hong quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Monte Gordo's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mao Zhen Hong came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Academia Monte Gordo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Tiso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Academia Monte Gordo defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mao Zhen Hong. The Academia Monte Gordo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mao Zhen Hong should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fryderyk Grucza made the kick off in the second half. Mao Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luciano Tiso in the 58 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Luciano Tiso in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Luz Tejedor. Peru's Eliseo Mina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mao Zhen Hong in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mao Zhen Hong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Fryderyk Grucza came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mao Zhen Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia Monte Gordo's Kartal Kartalov was substituted for Pascual Mouricio. 76 minutes into the game, Luciano Tiso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fryderyk Grucza in the 83rd minute of the match. Fryderyk Grucza might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fryderyk Grucza ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. 96 minutes into the game, Academia Monte Gordo's Fryderyk Grucza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
