An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play forced CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Joar Scheie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Julian Murillo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okanalp Doğu in the 21st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milagros Fraga during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The supporters of CAN ERZURUM booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position.
