Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 86 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Qiu Chuan Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
