In the 11th minute Jonatan Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juvenal Talló showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nicolas Frutos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Bene Animatus's Yan Rezende got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Felipe Elias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute, Alejo Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Club Atletico Magaiba's Alonzo Mikolas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juvenal Talló. Juvenal Talló yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jonatan Brion's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Juvenal Talló skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jardel Velloso made the kick off in the second half. Club Atletico Magaiba's Felipe Elias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Magaiba from getting a goal against them. Jardel Velloso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Felipe Elias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Brion in the 53rd minute of play. But to his dismay, Jardel Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jonatan Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Talló having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bene Animatus's zone, Jonatan Brion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal and Jonatan Brion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Brion in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Jardel Vellosos short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Felipe Elias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bene Animatus were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Club Atletico Magaiba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gao Jian Jie took the corner. Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felipe Elias in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonatan Brion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juvenal Talló read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Jardel Vellosos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Felipe Elias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Club Atletico Magaiba players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
