The supporters of Bene Animatus booed when LOBO 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Lampa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Jardel Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Ernani Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulão Bezerra in the 13th minute of play. After 14 minutes Bene Animatus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jurgen Iwens who took care of the corner kick. 17 minutes into the match, LOBO 1908's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hooker came free, but Adilson Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes, Jardel Velloso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. LOBO 1908's Adilson Moraes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. LOBO 1908 made a substitution. Jonathan Britto replaced Paulão Bezerra. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Hooker in the 23rd minute of play forced LOBO 1908's goalkeeper Adilson Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adilson Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Hooker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernani Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by Sílvio Luís Prata with Nazil Şahinter as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernani Montenegro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LOBO 1908's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jurgen Iwens in the 52nd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Gernando Matos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernani Montenegro in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Talló prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Hooker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson Moraes having to interfere. LOBO 1908's Jeremias Tande was substituted for Jonathan Britto. Juvenal Talló showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Ixidor in the 65th minute of the match. The corner ended in Jeremias Tande almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló did a great save. In the 70th minute, Prudencio Ixidor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOBO 1908 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. LOBO 1908 were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Bene Animatus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeremias Tande took the corner. Jurgen Iwens was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 83rd play minutes Jardel Velloso shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Adilson Moraes and just under the crossbar into goal. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Ixidor in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Velloso in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adilson Moraes saved LOBO 1908 from getting behind. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Ixidor in the 96th minute of play. In the 98th minute of the match LOBO 1908 got a corner. Bene Animatus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeremias Tande ran over to the corner to take the kick. LOBO 1908's Marquinhos Sharkin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juvenal Talló in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bene Animatus walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
