In the 4thth minute of the game Ermegildo Haritz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merengue FC's Mateo Llorienzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Merengue FC were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edelmiro Quintyn took the corner. After taking down the ball on Merengue FC's corner Everardo Nerio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erubiel Frans quite easily take care of the ball. Ferdinando Michelini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Mateo Llorienzo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The corner led to Merengue FC's Darwin Núñez getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Darwin Núñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ermegildo Haritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Haritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Llorienzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Darwin Núñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. 马峰朗 hit a great ball. Edelmiro Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 29 minutes into the match, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Banaszak came free, but Erubiel Frans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Gonsalvo's late challenge caught a CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Gonsalvo helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Haritz came free, but Mateo Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Jago struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Erubiel Frans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merengue FC. In the 40th match minute, Merengue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darwin Núñez to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Haritz in the 42nd minute of play. Darwin Núñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Erubiel Frans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Haritz to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Ermegildo Haritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 58th match minute, Merengue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Jago to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 66 minutes, Ferdinando Michelini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinando Michelini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Lucian in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Llorienzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Sixto Lucian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ made a substitution. Rolando Shepherd replaced Santos Jaume. Darwin Núñez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erubiel Frans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Mateo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Hodei in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ got a corner. Merengue FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Moises Hodei ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 89th minute, 麦风适 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Merengue FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Frances. Erubiel Frans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darwin Núñez in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Merengue FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
