Mateo Llorienzo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s Carlos Herrera. But to his dismay, Carlos Herrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 5th minute, Darwin Núñez made a precise shot to the right of Bartolo Idacio. ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Carlos Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mateo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Herrera in the 18th minute of the match. Bartolo Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darwin Núñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Roland Banaszak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartolo Idacio. ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Banaszak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Carlos Herrera took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Llorienzo. Mateo Llorienzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 33 minutes into the match, ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s goal looked a bit too open when Darwin Núñez came free, but Bartolo Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Imperiale's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mateo Llorienzo firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Merengue FC's Ismael Frances got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Banaszak was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darwin Núñez got free with Bartolo Idacio in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mateo Llorienzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Herrera went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute of the match ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ got a corner. Merengue FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evaristo Rami ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Merengue FC's goalie and right to Arnulfo Imperiale. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Merengue FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Evaristo Rami blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateo Llorienzo having to make a save. Mateo Llorienzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Sesuldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Merengue FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Albino Dimas hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Fidel Sesuldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubens Vaz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Bartolo Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darwin Núñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Domingo Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bartolo Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s Bartolo Idacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute Evaristo Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
