An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 9th minute of play forced Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Eduardo Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. When Carlos Eduardo Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kit Kat FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Eduardo Dantas couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kit Kat FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Jorge Vaz scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 1-0. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Motta was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omar Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Carlos Eduardo Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Omar Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Motta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Jorge Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute, Jorge Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kit Kat FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Carlos Eduardo Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kit Kat FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Eduardo Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Motta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Kit Kat FC's Iker Chan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Kit Kat FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
