Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4th play minutes Gonsalvo Cerra shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Treviso FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Cordarrell Sarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordarrell Sarro in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonsalvo Cerra. Gonsalvo Cerra got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 21st minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Gonsalvo Cerra kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 21stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Venezuela's keeper Jonathan Ferrant was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Cordarrell Sarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarrell Sarro in the 29th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonsalvo Cerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Treviso FC's Gonsalvo Cerra was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Treviso FC's Gonsalvo Cerra got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, Treviso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ugutz Baruz to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Gonsalvo Cerra managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Treviso FC's Txema Avecia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonsalvo Cerra made a kick off. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Txema Avecia struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Treviso FC. When Gonsalvo Cerra came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Treviso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonsalvo Cerra couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Iraido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Treviso FC got a freekick which was hit by Txema Avecia. After 64 minutes, Gonsalvo Cerra made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Gonsalvo Cerra came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Treviso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonsalvo Cerra couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cordarrell Sarro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
