Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Oxel Viñales made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. Monitor Huáscar's Ovidio Varez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dante Lacasa but with some difficulty. Oxel Viñales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th match minute, Monitor Huáscar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pagomari Portilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 19th minute, Txanton Sedeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johans Ortubia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cordero Casuso hit a great ball. After 22 minutes, Vasco Celerain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monitor Huáscar and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Monitor Huáscar! The supporters of Mexico booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Risel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benigno Torne charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Torne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benigno Torne kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johans Ortubia having to make a save. In the 32nd match minute, Monitor Huáscar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víctor-Emilio Rivadeneyra-Gamonal to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johans Ortubia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 41st minute, Cordero Casuso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Monitor Huáscar's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johans Ortubia came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johans Ortubia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vasco Celerain hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Johans Ortubia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Johans Ortubia to make any attempt to save it. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Monitor Huáscar's Steven Fortis was substituted for Benigno Torne. Monitor Huáscar's Humberto Sagasti was substituted for Ovidio Varez. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Johans Ortubia came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Tafalla slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 69th minute. Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Monitor Huáscar from getting a goal against them. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 77th minute. At last the ball reached Facundo Cadaval at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Monitor Huáscar. 0-6. The supporters of Mexico booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víctor-Emilio Rivadeneyra-Gamonal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johans Ortubia made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johans Ortubia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Joel Gaona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johans Ortubia. That made the score 0-7 after 84 minutes of play. Johans Ortubia was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Luca Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luca Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. The supporters of Mexico booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víctor-Emilio Rivadeneyra-Gamonal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johans Ortubia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johans Ortubia having to interfere.
