Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Markos Santamouris made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the match, Argonautes Irakliou's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Miltos Kastanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Tilemachos Balodimos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argonautes Irakliou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tilemachos Balodimos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Patricio Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltos Kastanis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Tilemachos Balodimos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Tilemachos Balodimos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-1. Stergios Pantazis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute Mathias Jansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tilemachos Balodimos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tilemachos Balodimos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miltos Kastanis having to interfere. When Stergios Pantazis fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argonautes Irakliou's protests and gave Stergios Pantazis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Argonautes Irakliou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stergios Pantazis to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 56 minutes, Markos Santamouris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argonautes Irakliou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markos Santamouris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argonautes Irakliou made a substitution. Panos Kazatzis replaced Paraskevas Eleftheriadis. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markos Santamouris, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Markos Santamouris scored 5-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Markos Santamouris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Nikos Papafotakis struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argonautes Irakliou. The throw-in from Stergios Pantazis in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Markos Santamouris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Argonautes Irakliou's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. There was no doubt that Argonautes Irakliou were the better team. Argonautes Irakliou's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
